Can I edit any of my booking details?

Yes, you can change your booking details by sending us and email at info@grcycling.com with your booking reference and your request. You may inquire to change the cyclist’s names, select accessories or add new bikes.

We do not charge an administration fee if you make a change to your booking. However, any changes made are likely to change the price of your booking. Most changes require a rebook where a new booking is created, and prices will depend on the rates and availability at the time of change, rather than what the rates were when the booking was originally made.

We always recommend making any changes as soon as you are aware of them as prices generally go up the closer you get to your pick-up date.

Any funds you have already paid for your bike rental will be transferred to the new booking in the rebooking process. You will only be charged or refunded the difference in the price, rather than having to pay the full amount again.

Can I change my dates and / or Locations?

Currently, we haven’t create an automated process where you can change the details of your booking. Please send us an email at info@grcycling.com with your request and your booking reference and our agents will help you out.

You can change the pick-up or drop-off date and time by going to the Manage Booking section of our website. Once logged in, click the “Amend / Update Booking” section and choose “Change dates / Locations”. Changes are possible up to your pick-up time, but are subject to availability.

Update: We are currently imlpementing a menu from where you can manage your booking my ambending or updating your order. We also take into account that in case you change the dates or times it might results in a price will change as a new booking needs to be created in the rebooking process. Any payments made will be transferred to the new booking and you will be either charged or refunded the difference. Cool euh?

My booking status is “denied” – what does this mean?

If your booking is denied, this means that the supplier has informed us that they are not able to confirm the reservation. When this happens, we try our best to find an alternative, but in very rare cases we may not be able to find a suitable option. In these cases we will deny the reservation and let you know that we could unfortunately not find a similar option for you.

In the case that we are not able to secure a booking for you, we will not charge your card as we only take payment once a booking is confirmed.

I have not received my booking confirmation

The great majority of our bookings are confirmed within 48 hours, and most right after booking. Our engineers work hard to minimize the time needed a booking to be confirmed.

Once your booking is confirmed, you should receive a confirmation email with your booking number. If you haven’t received a confirmation within 48 hours, please check if the email has been filtered into your spam folder.

You can also view your booking online by logging into the Booking Management section of our website.

In the unlikely event that your booking is not confirmed within 48 hours, please send us email at info@grcycling.com and include as many information. We will track down on what happened and contact you to find an alternative.
